Green, black, white

Green is for passion. Black, humour. White, the idea of no idea. Haha. That's crap.

Anyways, Cambridge interview gave a kinda relishing emotion during and after it. Chances are Cheesedale slim though. The Thinking Skills Assessment was a killer to a soldier. Those two keywords are just pretty paradoxical.

Been trying to refrain from grumbling about the new school but it's just so sadly enigmatic. And realised that friends made in JC are as active as the old campus (and as impressionistic too). That makes the school a roadside daisy where strangers pass by for the fragrance or something. Don't know. Am I dead already?

Inspired by ZK's blog, reckon I've never taken an MC in my academic life at Raffles. I only skip school.

Addiction

Last night was some quality chill out time spent with Da. The 40-year-old virgin was some really hilarious show that's pretty impolite, or rather terribly obscene actually, to girls. Haha. We both agreed that guy's quite sad.

Wenta my favourite Gotham Penthouse after the movie. The music was weird, sometimes R'nB too slow and sometimes Rock'nRoll too fast, and the crowd was matured and not half happening. Thought it'd be a night of monotony and lifelessness till the DJ turned the mood to some Latino remixes. Those accelerating beats on the dance floor totally addicted the Salsa girl and the ex-Cha-Cha beginner and that while felt timelessly euphoric. Reckon it's gonna be back to Latin dancing with her when driving lessons and tests are over and done with. Hopefully that won't take too long a while. Heez.

Anyways, ye really look somehow younger than before, Da. Magic. :D

By the way, sitting in a bus-stop along Alexandra Road reading beneath the pouring rain can be pretty exotic. Try it. Get addicted.

Freedom to the people

Raymond told me there's some kinda difference between "free-thinker" and "no religion" when we fill in the "religion" section of a security form. Come to mind for a little, they really have, rather disturbingly, quite uncommon meanings under the fallacious similarity in the surface of those words. And they matter quite a bit in our world, especially of late. Although both tell that one doesn't have a religious faith, reckon the latter is to be construed as not believing in any religion while the former is pretty complicated. Free-thinking folks tend to know a lot about religions around the globe and believe godly entities exist. Hafta note that one who believes isn't a believer. A believer, though, believes. Simply to put it, believing in the existence of Jesus does not inevitably translate into a Christian. Et cetera. Thus, one shouldn't jump to the conclusion that a free-thinker is at no position while speaking about religions and spirituality. After all, "spiritual" and "religious" is another whole thing to discuss about.

Wait for me

Weeks pass by like a quenching breeze in the desert. In actual fact, years. Bertrand and I felt evangelical yet a wee bit depressed by our age during the bash at Indochine which was packed with kids perhaps not even old enough to be legally admitted. We used to be kids, too. Youth of the nation, huh. :)

Surprisingly enough we actually stayed till 3am when the crowd wasn't really happening despite the youth. And even more astonishing was the number of friends I met there. Nicole and her friends, Tracy and the girls, and the Judo dudes. Plus the mixture of 90s, house and R&B music, it was just old school to the maximum. Haha. Madness.

Life and death

Tim Burton's Corpse Bride was pretty entertaining. (Hope you're watching it in Cambridge, Clara.) Caught that with Amanda just now. And the way she opened her eyes twice as big as usual in almost every shop at Marina Square made her seem to be serving the army instead of me. Madness. Perhaps that's what one gets when one dances a tad too much. Haha.

Anyways, realised lately that the number of folks becoming religiously religious has been increasing at a terrific rate. Good or bad, you decide.
